At Last Frontier Gear, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
We want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right — through a return, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided that they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom-Printed are not eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”

Gift cards
-
Custom or personalized items (including custom prints or designs)

Digital downloads or e-gift cards

Underwear, base layers, or socks (for hygiene reasons)
How to Start a Return

Email us at: support@lastfrontiergear.com
Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or incorrect. -
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Once approved, please ship your item(s) back within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
Note: Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your payment provider).

If your return is denied (due to use, damage, or missing tags), we’ll notify you and return the item at your expense.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

If the replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund once verified.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet entered production or shipping.
Once an order is printed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
International Orders

Duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
