Made-to-Order Production

At Last Frontier Gear, every product is made to order.
Once your order is placed, it goes into custom production — this helps us reduce waste and ensure you receive gear created just for you.

  • Production Time: 2–7 business days (average 3–5 days)

  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, major sales), production times may extend slightly due to order volume.

  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your item is printed and ready to ship.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been produced and packaged, it will ship via our trusted carrier network (USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your region).

Canada 7–14 business days after fulfillment
International 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, holiday demand).


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

  • Orders over a certain threshold (e.g., $75+) may qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. (optional—can be toggled in Shopify).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.

  • This email will include a tracking number that allows you to follow your package’s progress in real time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your order ships.


Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Because our products are produced on demand, different items (e.g., hoodies vs. mugs) may ship from different production partners or facilities.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@lastfrontiergear.com — we’ll do our best to update it before the order enters production.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

  3. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at support@lastfrontiergear.com — we’ll help file a claim or replacement request when possible.

Last Frontier Gear is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed by carriers, but we’ll always do our best to assist.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, orders can only be modified or canceled within 4 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, we cannot guarantee any changes.
